The event was held on 6th September 2024 at the KFRI Main Auditorium and was a tremendous success!
The session began with a warm welcome from Dr. Anitha V. This was followed by a presidential address from Dr. Kannan C. S. Warrier, the Director of KFRI. Dr. T. V. Sajeev then introduced the distinguished speaker, and Prof. Biju's talk on amphibians and their crucial role in India's biodiversity captivated everyone with his expertise.
The session was engaging, with enthusiastic participation from students who asked insightful questions. Professor Biju provided thoughtful and detailed answers. The talk was followed by a vote of thanks from Dr. A. V. Raghu, and the day ended with an informative institute visit for the registered delegates.
